The printing on many sights is almost impossible to read and impossible to adjust on my iPhone. I’ve done everything I could think of and it doesn’t improve. What can be done? Colored is even worse than black and white letters.

In the iOS Settings : Accessibility panel : Display & Text size, try enabling Reduce Transparency and Increase Contrast. Then try the browser again on the websites that were problematic.
