I was able to send pics and videos to my sons non-iPhone user earlier today. Now, it will not send them. I turned iMessage on and off and text message forwarding is enabled. I can send words, sentences etc.

IMessage has nothing to do with MMS. MMS is a phone carrier feature, contact yours to resolve the issue.
