Postmaster warns exceeding email quota

Email from postmaster warns must delete emails as about to exceed quota. After deleting the mails reappear within a day or two.

Email retention Has anyone else experienced a change to their deleted email retention time? I recently noticed that mine was defaulted to 1 week retention but I never set that. I’m suspecting that it happened after an update.

See if using the email web portal for whatever mail provider service is involved to delete messages there works.
