I need to change my billing card

I can’t update any application on my mobile when I start update any application and after I put my Apple ID then I go to billing screen but they didn’t accept my new credit cart, where my original recorded credit was Saudi and I lift Saudi Arabia and I’m now in Egypt and my Credit card is Egyptian

What shall I do to update all my applications look like WhatsApp and my bank application
