Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It's hard to know why this is happening without some additional information.
- Are you using a case with your iPhone? If so, remove it to see if that helps as the case could be pressing on the buttons.
- Does this happen when you complete a particular action like opening or closing an app? If so, check to see if you have a shortcut that could be causing this: Create a custom shortcut on iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
