Fitness from Apple Watch not syncing to iPhone13

None of the health or fitness stats from my Apple Watch SE show up on my iPhone 13. I have gone through all the posts and steps for privacy settings and turning power on and off. It’s like I’m missing a login somewhere but my watch and fitness and appleID all match. Other apps flow from my phone to my watch no problem. It’s only the biometrics that don’t flow from my watch to my phone.

I used to have an Apple Watch that would populate data into my Health app and Fitness app. I've since unpaired the watch and only use my phone for step tracking, etc. However, my phone steps are not syncing to the Fitness app even though they show up in Health. I've followed previous instructions to ensure that my phone is the first option in Data Sources on the Health app as well as restarting the apps/phone. I've seen past advice to delete all unused devices from the Data Access and Devices section in Health settings. However, I am concerned that if I delete my Apple Watch, then I will lose all my old Fitness data. Does anyone know how to make your phone start syncing to the Fitness app after unpairing an Apple Watch? (IPhone 16 Pro Max)

Apple Watch health data not syncing with iPhone Health app My iPhone was turned off for a month. My Apple Watch collected Health data for the entire month, but only the first 2 weeks has synced to the Health app on my phone. I've checked Privacy motion settings on both the watch and the phone; the latest software version is being used on both. Any suggestions on how to get it to sync? Thanks

iPhone and Apple Watch not syncing step numbers properly I have a new Apple Watch and it was fine for a couple of months but the syncing with my iPhone and the health app has gone wrong - the phone is showing less steps each day than the watch. Help gratefully received!
