Any idea why I can’t turn off find my iphone ?

Seting- location and service- find my phone- select turn off ( by move green-on icon), Apple Id was required - apple id in then the screen frozen and now, I can’t using setting

iPhone locked status issue in Find My app I can use my iphone and doesn't seem to be locked but when I go to find my iphone, select it, setting says my iphone is locked. When I click on the icon to make a sound, it just says pending. I tried clicking Notify when found but nothing happens. It still says locked. Also is says that my phone is offline. Turn off find my iphone The Find my iPhone alert is stuck frozen on my front screen and I cannot do anything with my phone. How can this be solved overnight?
