When I try to share music with another pair of AirPods the first pair get disconnected and music goes to phone speaker and there is no way to reconnect any of AirPods to the phone unless you force restart the phone.the firmware of AirPods is updated by the way.

Factory Reset Fixing Pairing;
I can see that being the case. Resetting the device to Factory Settings is the last thing on someone’s list, because AirPods are extremely considered a secondhand device. Anything peculiar about the Factory Reset to point out?

Firmware should be updated on a continual basis. So, all things are good there.
Audio Bluetooth is One-Device Only:
AirPods are connected through Bluetooth, and only one Bluetooth audio output can be used at a time. t is the way it is designed.
Yes absolutely it was my last hope as well. First of this journey 😁 I reset my network settings but it didn’t work, at last I reset all settings then it worked. At first I was thinking it has happened because of the new IOS update but it was a mistake. And like all the other problems apple support couldn’t help me at all, I figured it out by myself.
