Guided access not working on Iphone 14 pro

the guided access does not work once in a while on iPhone 14 pro on triple click on through accessibility shortcut, it just grays out, have to restart the phone everytime to fix this, currently on ios 16.6

Can't turn off guided access We have a 7th Gen iPad running iOS 15.6.1. Guided access has been set up on the iPad. I'm trying to turn guided access off, but triple clicking the home button isn't working (specifically nothing is happening) . A restart and/or power off isn't working as I get the message 'guided access enabled, triple click home key to turn off'. I've tried triple clicking the home button, triple clicking the side button (as this is mentioned in some posts I've seen about this issue) and I have tried to power the device off.
