How do reduce a photo file size?
iPhone creates high res pictures. I need to submit a smaller file size to renew license. How is this done?

You could share the photo with yourself by Mail.
When you select a photo, then tap the Share button and select Mail, the photo will be attached to a new mail. When you tap the send button you will be asked to select the size.
Then use the attached smaller photo for your license. You could save the attached smaller photo to Photos for easy access.
