i can’t get my mac book to turn on normal it keeps coming up with a question mark and apple support, i’ve done the disk utility and first aid then restart but it’s still saying apple support

the title is what the problem is

If internet Recovery is giving you the Apple Support URL, your network is preventing it from connecting to the Apple Servers to complete Recovery. You can try restarting your Modem and Router, then try to get into Recovery, again.

If that still fails, take it to another network and try there.

You need to reinstall macOS in Recovery.

You can also try to contact Apple Support by phone. They may be able to help you work through it.
