I lost my recovery key and can’t remember my password

Apple says: "Using a recovery key is more secure, but it means that you’re responsible for maintaining access to your trusted devices and your recovery key. If you lose both of these items, you could be locked out of your account permanently."

Your question is not clear. Is the account a website account? A bank account? And Apple ID account? A computer Administor account? What kind of account?

Ah, it looks like you will need to deal directly with Apple Support. They have a procedure for this, but it requires dealing with a support tech.
