You will just need to pay the debt in order to download/update any apps. You will also no longer be able to make any other purchases until the debt is paid. Maybe do some extra chores around the house to get the money and redeem another Gift Card to your account. That can be used to pay off your debt.

Well, that is unfortunate, but we cannot do anything about the purchases you make. You will need to find the money you owe so you can pay it. You are responsible for it.
