Full Screen Mode Covering Tabs: How to fix

Some of you might have noticed that if you full screen Chrome, then all your tabs will be covered. To solve this problem, you can simply go to View on the top of the screen (hover your pointer above it and it'll appear), and press Always Show Toolbar in Full Screen.

This link works. Change the Immersive Fullscreen Toolbar to "Enabled" and it works!

This is so annoying and there is no solution. I have a Macbook Air for work, brand new, and I was able to mess around with some settings and fix the issue. On my person MacBook, only a couple of years older, the setting doesn't seem to be there. Such a worthless annoyance that should never have been happening in the first place. There is no reason this needs to happen. Nobody prefers to not see their tabs!
