I’m attempting to join my sons phone into our family sharing group, however he has started one of his own and when trying to stop sharing it gives a “There are other family members” error, even though the family is empty. We did have him sharing with a child account originally but have deleted that account, any answers?

I'll put this in a second post since it might be regarded as my just inventing this but another person posted not long ago that although an account has been requested for deletion and that has been registered, it may actually take some time for this status to reach all of Apple's services. Hence my suggestion to contact Apple since they may be able to tell you if this is the case.

Select your country (also look for "other" regions), then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
