Subscription cancelled ahead of time, but Apple auto debited the renewal fee

I had opted to cancel my 'LinkedIn Subscription Premium Business' and the expiration date shown was August 14, 2023, 1:56PM IST.

In the Subscriptions section of my apple ID, I can see the expiration date as August 14, 2023.

That said, today (on August 13, 2023 at 7:53PM IST), apple auto-debited an amount of 3299 Rs from my account; for a cancelled subscription (with expiry date of August 14, 2023. I cannot see this purchase info under my appleID; but I can see the debited transaction in the bank statement

Since the purchase is not showing in apple, I am not able to use the 'Request a refund' option.

Hence, I need assistance in getting this amount (3299 Rs) credited back to my account.

Hi zalmajalal,

If you are unable to Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple, as these are the steps you would use on your end, contact Apple Support Get Support so they can look into it on their end.

Take care.
