Subscription amount of 1499 deducted despite subscription was cancelled

My subscription amount for Rs 1499 got deducted despite i have cancelled it 2 days before renewal date.I had raised the issue previously also. But there is no refund options available for that 1499 purchase. And kindly guide that what exactly is the channel for filing a complaint in apple.

Have you tried to opt in for a refund following this instructions:

Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription.

IF this is not working you might want to Contact - Official Apple Support to file a complaint
