Money was deducted even after cancellation

Dear Apple Support Team,


I hope this message finds you well. I was recently charged for a subscription via Apple Media through automatic payment, even though I had canceled the subscription beforehand. Moreover, I have not received access to the subscription services either.


Could you please look into this issue and assist me with a refund? Let me know if you need any additional details or transaction information.

If you got an email receipt and there's a 'Report a Problem' link in it, use that; otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.


The people on these boards are mostly other customers and don't have inside access to Apple's servers.
