Tried turning off in settings and turning phone off and on again and still not working
If you had your iPhone screen replaced by some iFixit type business, take it back to them. Apple won't touch an iPhone which was tampered with by anyone other than Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider. And if you had it replaced by someone other than Apple, they clearly messed something up.

Whoever replaced the screen broke something in the phone in the process. If it wasn’t Apple you are out of luck.
Had screen replaced on my iPhone and now my step count doesn’t work turned off in setting tracker and health and back on than phone off and back on and still doesn’t work
