Why is only my left airpod not working

My left airpod doesn’t charge it says it’s fully charged but when I go to connect it’s dead and I won’t even show up on my screen so I don’t know what I’m supposed to do

One airpod not working?? My right airpod is not working. I'll open the case and see that everything is full battery then i put them both in and they work for a few minutes, then it makes a sound and i get a notification that my right airpod died. So, i go to see the battery and there is none it's not just dead but there IS NO battery there. I don't know what to do, i've tried resetting them, charging them for a full night, forgetting them and then reconnecting them and nothing works.
