I switched carriers to Mint and my imessage wont verify my number. It has been days. I have rebooted, turned everything off then back on. Still wont verify. any suggestions
This is between you and Mint, no one here or at Apple can do anything for you.
Contact Mint again and escalate your issue.
Apple is not a carrier. Mint Mobile is the carrier. iMessage and FaceTime use SMS messages sent in the background to Apple's servers for activation.
That's up to the carrier to process.
You mean a discount carrier like Apple? iMessage is a 100% Apple thing. I’ve also never had as awful customer service as with AT&T…they’re anything but discount and they just point the finger at everyone but themselves; even when it’s all internal. The smaller, less established businesses are actually much more likely to provide better service. They need your business. AT&T, Apple and such could give two 🤬. It’s easier to just point you somewhere else.
