Hi George, Jacob here. Your Apple gift card isn't working I see. So, to start with, I strongly advise against sharing your apple gift cards code on here. However, if you're sure nobody has redeemed it, I would first check that you are redeeming in the correct storefront, which for you is the U.S. from what I assume. If at that point, you still cannot redeem, you should contact Apple with proof of purchase, or contact the retailer which you purchased this card from and request it to be reissued.
