Unknown icon in the menu bar

There is an unknown Icon on my menu bar, when I click it it provides no name. I can control+drag it but not delete it from the menu bar. This is the Icon:

how do I remove this unknown icon from my menu bar there is an icon that appears to be a folder or camera on my menu bar. I can't remove it in my settings because it doesn't appear as an option to remove in settings. Ive also tried to hold the command button and drag it but It doesn't let me. when I click on it nothing happens. I dont know what it's from. does anyone know how to get rid of this icon?

It would appear to be a caps lock indicator from a third-party software. A comment in this thread suggested it was called CapSee. From what I can find the developers no longer support it and the link to it is broken.
