Whenever I open the airpod case it normally show green light but now it stopped and anytime I try to connect it to my iPhone it keep telling me that the coverage has expired

You are welcome to contact Apple about this but if you bought them secondhand or from a retailer that is not an official Apple retailer you may have purchased a fake or grey-market item and are out of luck.

If it says the serial number was replaced* that likely means they were reported as defective and Apple replaced them but they were not returned to Apple as required, or they were reported lost or stolen from stock or during shipping. No support or service is available for them.
So what do I do about it
I submitted my airpod serial number but it kept on saying that that product has been replaced and worst part of it all is that the coverage has expired
