Every time I go to change my playlist cover photo it lets me select a picture but then glitches/ quits when it is supposed to go to the cropping stage. (I don’t have Apple Music btw this is just music I bought from the iTunes Store)

Delete the app. When you do this, you might lose data that was stored in the app. Then redownload the app. Then check to see if the problem with the app is fixed.

Did all what Stevi_S wrote, and it’s still don’t work. Sounds like average “turn off and turn on”.
