My sister's photos are now on my Iphone

My sister used my Ipad a while back. After she was done with it, I reset it and put my information back onto it. After doing so, I didn't realize all her photos somehow got uploaded to my iPhone. Can I remove that backup somehow to remove only her photos?

It looks like your sister and you have been using the same AppleID with iCloud Photos, when she borrowed your iPhone.

You may want to save her photos somewhere, for example on a computer, before you start deleting her photos from your devices. If her photos are now in iCloud, restoring your devices from an olde backup will not help, because that will not change what it stored in iCloud.

You will have to delete her photos individually, by browsing all photos taking during the time, when your sister used your iPad.
