Why should I have to add my card I need only the free part of whatup?
my whatsup is turn off I don’t know why I try to get back and it ask me my card I don’t want anything to buy right now why they need my card?

The App store requires you to add your credit/debit card in anticipation of a paid app purchase/ in-app purchase. However, as it says, you will not be charged until you make a purchase.
