You would need to create your own keyboard shortcut in System Preferences > Keyboard. The title of the shortcut must match exactly the sub-menu in Message, i.e. "Delete Conversation...". Here is an example:
Once you use the key combination you selected, you'll only need to press return to validate the suppression of the conversation.
