I dont have the passcode to open my phone
My son put in a new passcode and im unable to open it, My setting only allow a passcode when turning the phone back on

Ask your son for the new passcode.
If this is not possible, then you will have to erase / reset the phone and start over again with a new set up.
If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support
Then, use a recent backup to restore the data back to the phone
