Sharing name and photo not available...sharing photo is not available because iCloud and iMessage accounts are different or are not signed in. Helps!
When I try to Share Name and Photo I get this message:
In addition when trying to sync both my Mac and iPhone in Messages I get issues which causes messages to be sent only to the iPhone, but does not show up on the Mac in Messages, which I believe are related.
I've confirmed that both my Apple ID <my email> in Messages is identical on both the Mac and iPhone.
- I tried Open Settings ➔ Tap on Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➔ Look at the bottom of your Apple ID. <my email>
- Open Settings ➔ iMessages ➔ Apple ID :<my email>
'Enable Messages in iCloud' was checked
'Sign in' (toggled)
'Sync Now' (toggled)
