hotspot login cannot open page because too many redirects occurred

Tried suggestions like turning off iPhone and turning back on, clearing Safari history and website data, turning off block all cookies button and turning airplane mode on and off. All suggestions did not fix my problem.

Tried connecting to WiFi. Unable to connect. Leads me to the error message on Safari hotspot log in message.
