How do I remove mdm from a former employer?

My phone has mdm installed without my knowledge by a former employer. I have not worked for this employer for months, and they are still using mdm to monitor my phone activity without my consent. How can I remove their access permanently?

I have checked on the phone and do not see an mdm in the vpn & device window. I have a separate work phone and checked and work has no record of installing an mdm on that phone but of course do have a record relating to my work phone. What do I do with an unauthorized MDM on iPhone? I have been dealing with a lot of issues inside my home and within my network. I am not very knowledgeable about MDM/MAM services but I do know that things that have taken place do lead to one of those being used. MDM Management is out of control Recently i found out ALL my devices are managed. I have seen many questions regarding remote access. This is done "legally" with IANA. Someone put our information in the enterprise which allows "them" to control our phones and keep us in a augmented reality. Corporation are purchasing blocks of internet space and calling it a private internet for their company. I am in 192. block. Just check your IP Address. This is how "Gang Stalking, Community Harassment and most scams are being done. Find the contact person for your group through IANA and have them remove you.

You would need to talk to the IT person at your former work, only they can remove it.
