You bought iCloud storage, that does not increase your phone's storage.

Read the support document you posted from, and verify what storage it is saying is full.

Buying iCloud Storage does not in any way modify or change the amount of physical local storage capacity on your iPhone.

And no, you cannot increase your iPhone's lcoal storage capacity.

Hi mactownnn, Jacob here. Apple allows users to purchase iCloud storage. iCloud storage is used to store device backups, photos and videos. Not local content stored on your device. Also, buying additional iCloud storage will not increase your physical iPhones storage capacity. And there is no way you can expand you iPhones capacity after purchase.
