Text Replacement Syncing Logic requires a Complete Re-write

Maybe I'm the only one, but after doing quick research, I can see definitely not only myself is having this issue.

The text replacement function is not syncing across all the devices, and here is a quick explanation -

• Add an entry on Mac, and this entry will be synced to iPhone and iPad
• Delete an entry on Mac, and this entry will remain on iPhone and iPad
• Add an entry on iPhone or iPad; it will sync to Mac
• Delete an entry on iPhone or iPad, it will not delete from Mac
• Bulk deletion on Mac will not sync to iPhone or iPad

I have contacted support regarding this issue more than three times throughout the past two years, and every time there's an update, I am looking forward to seeing this glitch addressed. Obviously, they don't care, even after my response from the technician last year, "Our developer will investigate and escalate this issue", and no updates from then.
