MagSafe battery pack no longer charging iPhone 12

Prior to recent numbers of firmware updates, my MagSafe battery pack charger worked with my iPhone 12 Pro but no longer charges. When places on my phone, the pack blinks green but doesn’t connect to the phone and MagSafe logo doesn’t display.

The best approach to take is to attempt some isolating steps to see if you can get your accessory to work:


1.) Refresh things by restarting your iPhone: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

2.) Make sure that your MagSafe Battery Pack is fully charged.

3.) Double check that you're properly attaching your accessory: How to use your MagSafe Battery Pack - Apple Support

4.) Test your MagSafe Battery Pack with a different compatible iPhone. If the issue continues to occur on a different device, you might have to get your accessory evaluated by Apple Support.
