Dell pc. I've tried just about everything that I can think of. This just started happening recently. I even bought a lens cleaner thinking it was my players. Also read different ideas on google, etc. I use memorex CD-R discs for music.

playlist is 69 min. using 80 min discs. I deleted part of original playlist & added about 20min more songs that I had downloaded from different sources, burned it, changed some songs. But every time I burned the playlist, it got to where it would either stop on a song or wouldn't play the disc at all. Each one was different, different song or whatever until I went through about 8 discs. So tried to play the first one in my car - played fine. Decided that I needed to buy a new CD player, but thought I would try one more thing. Ripped it to windows media player, burned it from there to a new CD. Guess what it worked !! So I don't exactly know why iTunes didn't want me burning that playlist so many times. Thanks for answering my question - it made me think out of the box

How long is the playlist? Are you using 74 or 80 minute discs? Do you have error checking enabled? Do different burns stop working at the same duration, as near as you can tell?
