I wondering if someone has created a shortcut, in which if I go out of my house I want to make sure my wifi turns off. and it turns on my cellular.
and wise versa if I go to work.
will have 2 work locations

There is a difference between disconnecting from WIFI, which, yes it will do when you leave your saved networks, but to actually turn off you do need an automation. I've been wanting to do this and so far I have come up with this:
Shortcuts/Automations/Add a new automation/Leave automation/chose location(set distance)/tick whether you want ti to just run the automation or ask you before running/then click next/Add a new black automation/"Add action"/search for WIFI/then add/then set to turn off WIFI/Done.

As soon as you are out of the networks range you should be disconnected,
However your wifi will not turn of you should automatically be connected to cellular,
