how to set up POP for office 365 email in outlook on macbook mOS Monterey?

I would like to store email in local computer, when web mail storage is full, I can delete web mail without affecting local computer's email. I have tried several ways to set up POP for office 365 email, but couldn't have it done successfully.

I really wonder that it doesn't work out if it's the fact that Microsoft 365 didn't support to set up POP & IMAP from Oct, 2022 or not? If yes, is there any way to store mail in local computer automatically so that I can delete web mail due to full storage from time to time?
