Why do I get the message that a podcast is temporarily not available?

A number of podcasts are not available. A message indicating that the podcast is temporarily unavailable.

Podcast cannot download new episodes New episodes in podcast that I have subscribed to cannot be downloaded. They are in the download page that says preparing to download but doesn't go anywhere further. I am on wifi the whole time and I am using iPhone 6 in iOS 12.4.4
