why is my refund request being denied

I do not play Monopoly Go, and i have several charges by Apple for Monopoly. I have requested refund. denied. Appealed denial, denied again. What is the reason for denial? I contacted my bank, changed my debit card info, reported fraud.

Refund denied Why can apple deny a refund on a purchase that the app specific support team told me to request? Doesn’t make any sense to me. Then denied after I appeal and copy paste the email that told me to request the refund…… garbage
