In Ventura, is there a way to know when they are so many items in the right side of the menu bar that it can't accept any more items and if there are these items, they simply don't show?

right— too many they do not show...
there is no fixed number since the sizes can vary...

Just to add, there are third-party apps to deal with too many icons in the menu bar to see, such as Bartender 4.
