Running Monterey 12.6.8. Mail will not show entire message, if I quit mail and re open it will display one
entire message then will not show entire e mail of the next message.

If the Mail app is not downloading the entire email message, try removing and re-adding the email account in the app.
1. In the Mail app on your Mac, choose Mail > Settings, then click Accounts.
2. Select an account, then click the Remove button.

In Mail, choose Mail > Add Account, select an account type, then enter your account information. Make sure the Mail checkbox is selected for the account.

If the Mail app still won't download the entire message, you'll want to contact Apple to report the issue: Get Support

Rebuild does not fix the issue. I have to quit mail and relaunch and the it will show the e mail I am attempting
to read.
