How is it possible to recover a Apple ID that isn’t active anymore?

I had a email a long time ago where half of my subscriptions is used for and need to get into to have a password reset but when I try to log into it , just says Apple ID inactive

How to recover forgotten Apple ID? I forgot Apple ID I created few months ago to download Disney Middle East. Now I'm moving out from Middle East and I would like to cancel my subscriptions, I only remember the phone number that I used to create that ID. Now can I recover my Apple ID?
