I have put accountability software on my son’s iPad but it is dependent on VPN. Is there a way to lock or hide the VPN toggle through ScreenTime?

I saw in a different thread that those management tools can be easily removed.
VPNs are how most accountability / parental control software packages work. This is a critically important feature to be able to lock down.
Unless the iPad is centrally managed by a Business/Enterprise or Educational establishment - and a management profile is installed on the iPad - it is not possible to hide the VPN configuration options or enforce the use of a specific VPN connection.
