I got the iPhone 13 for my birthday (5 December 2022)
It only got to 99% in May
I went in a holiday this month and when I checked my capacity I saw that it got to 94% already and when I left it had like 96%
Can the heat damage the battery and make it go down so quickly?

So, the phone is about 9 months old at this time.
Over longer periods of time, the Max Capacity of the phone will decline at an average rate of about 1% a month. That's an average. Some months it might not decline at all, then suddenly decline 2% the next month.
This is normal. Going on averages, the Max Capacity of your phone should be at about 91-92% at this time.
If the phone is at 94%.....as you say.....you are doing better an average.
