Received an Imitation iphone 14 pro max device from Flipkart

Hello Apple Team,

I Placed an order in Flipkart for APPLE iPhone 14 Pro Max (Gold, 128 GB) on Aug9th2023 and received a product on Aug13th2023, Unfortunately i received an imitation iPhone from Flipkart. but the iPhone Service center is not ready to provide any Job sheet or deny letter.

I visited the below-mentioned IPlanet store for Job sheet.

Could you please look into this issue on a priority basis and let me know where I can Get the Job sheet letter for this imitation iPhone.

Try entering serial number here and at least you could show that to flip kart: Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support

If you paid for a real phone and got an imitation one, document everything thoroughly.

I don’t know where you are or how you paid for the phone, but in the U.S., if a retailer sent an imitation product in place of a real one, and refused to make it right, you could dispute any credit card charge with your credit card issuer. No guarantee that they would take your side (and claw back the money), but they might.

You’ll need to work with flipkart. This is not an Apple issue.

If you were sent a real phone, but the delivery guy stole it and substituted a fake, then you’ve got a problem with the delivery company as well as with the retailer.

Phone is unable to power on, I can not see any serial number in phone settings and unable to see any serial number or IMEI number in SIM TRAY as well it's just an empty SIM TRAY. I can see serial number only on iphone box, I'm getting below information after entering the serial number available on iphone box. At the time of APPLE iPhone 14 Pro Max (Gold, 128 GB) with order ID OD328843239625949100 product Delivery, The delivery guy took the APPLE iPhone 14 Pro Max (Gold, 128 GB) product phone back side photo with clear resolution and uploaded that photo in the flipkart portal before delivering the product to me. I have only this proof from my end, If we see that image we can clearly notice if it's imitation one or original one. I'm attaching those images as well.

It's an imitation phone only confirmed by apple service team but they are not ready to provide any job sheet or deny letter, From my end i'm having invoice copy and need to get the Flipkart delivery guy taken photo while delivering the product.

Can someone help me here, Flipkart asking job sheet to return product and Apple not giving job sheet and saying this is an imitation device no support available from Apple service Centre.
