I have two(2) language.
In different situations when I try to change language and using [Control + Space], language doesn't change at firs time. I need push [Control + Space] second time and language will changes.

The current version of Ventura is 13.5. Update then test again.
You can change globe to switching keyboards in the keyboard settings

See if the other switching shortcuts are better: Globe/Fn or possibly Caps Lock
Write in another language on Mac - Apple Support

About another shortcut, I will try. But [Globe/Fn] button using for emoji, does I can use it properly?
