Apple Music interferes with Now Playing feature in Android

Hi. Please I would be grateful if you looked into what makes the Now Playing feature on Google Pixel detect what is playing on Apple Music. I guess you may be familiar, but Now Playing is a feature that constantly checks for surrounding audio in a silent and unobtrusive way, kind of like an always on Shazam. It doesn't use internet It always ignores playback that it knows it's coming from the own device, but that doesn't seem to be the case with Apple Music, as it flags any song I willingly play. I suspect this has to do with the API usage of Apple Music, as it never happens with any other app (Spotify, YouTube, Tidal, Deezer). It can get very annoying as it is distracting, so I turned the feature off. Buy it is so useful on a day to day basis that I'd consider switching to any other services that doesn't run into this issue. Some update addressing this would be greatly appreciated.

I had to label this as a MacBook issue as there was no option for Android...
