Right AirPod transparency mode not functioning correctly

When I turn transparency mode on, my right AirPod doesn’t let that much air through and it’s as if it’s in noise cancellation mode, but I hear clearly, it’s a weird sensation and I cannot explain it clearly. I tried draining the battery completely and tried resetting them along with all the other recommended troubleshooting from Apple but nothing seems to fix the problem. I also hear a very faint thud sound only in the dysfunctional airpod when I go from the off mode to transparency mode and the same for when I go into noise cancellation mode from off mode. I don’t hear it when switching from noise cancel to transparency and vice versa. Is something maybe wrong with the microphones or electronics?
