When trying to rename a file in Finder, the text color changes to the set accent color so you cannot see the text but it's still there. I have tried changing the accent color but the issue remains. Yes I can simply save the file as a different name but this is annoying :)

In System Settings, enter "accent" in the search box and select accent color from the results, and then try changing light and dark, and also changing the accent and highlight colors to a combination you find more appropriate?
Maybe change your accent color?
